3. Bookings and appointments
When you book a call through this site, you receive a calendar invitation by email. We may reschedule or cancel an appointment if something urgent comes up, and we will notify you by email. Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule.
4. Payments
Fees for an engagement are due as described in your agreement. Setup fees and monthly service fees are charged through our payment processor. Monthly fees renew automatically until the engagement ends, as described in your agreement.
5. Refunds
Refund terms for a specific engagement are defined in your agreement. We do not offer refunds simply because a result did not meet an expectation that we never promised in writing.

Anything you share with us as part of an engagement stays yours. We use it only to deliver the services you hired us for. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your business information to train AI tools outside of the services you hired us for.

You agree to give us reasonably accurate information about your business when we work together. Our advice depends on what you tell us. If you hold things back, you get advice built on the wrong picture.
9. No guarantees of results
We work to improve how your business operates. But your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, your team, and the decisions you make with our advice. We do not guarantee revenue, cost savings, or any other specific outcome.
10. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Stacked Legacy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
11. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, design, and graphics, belongs to Stacked Legacy. You may not copy or reuse it without permission. Materials we create for you as part of an engagement are licensed to you as described in your agreement.
12. Third-party tools
Our work often involves third-party software and platforms. Those tools have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their performance or their policies.
