FRACTIONAL OPERATIONS & SYSTEMS ADVISORY
Your Diagnostic showed us what’s creating friction and what needs to change.
Advisory is where I stay involved to help you prioritize the right fixes, make better systems decisions, and keep the roadmap moving without creating three new problems while solving one.
Direct Advisory with Brandilyn · Strategic Oversight · 6-Month & 3-Month Options

A messy sales process affects the CRM. A broken handoff creates follow-up problems. Unclear ownership creates bottlenecks. Bad systems create more manual work.
Fix one thing without considering what it touches, and you can easily create another problem somewhere else.
I’m not here to become another person on your task list. My role is to help you decide what needs to happen, what order it should happen in, who should own it, and whether the solution being proposed actually fixes the right problem.
Auditing operational workflows to eliminate redundant cycles, tighten handover protocols, and reduce organizational friction.
Structuring pipeline architecture, lead governance, and customer lifecycle data to ensure clean revenue attribution.
Evaluating stack maturity, removing tool bloat, and advising on enterprise-grade software investments that scale cleanly.
Directing pragmatic AI model adoption, prompt frameworks, and autonomous workflow integration without hype or wasted spend.
Pinpointing executive and technical choke points that restrict throughput, unlocking stalled strategic initiatives swiftly.
Setting measurable milestone cadence and rigorous executive accountability standards across leadership teams.
Governing infrastructure resilience, data taxonomy, and cross-platform integrations to protect organizational value.
Enforcing discipline on high-ROI engineering and growth bets while deprioritizing low-leverage executive distractions.
A structured, recurring cadenced engagement designed to eliminate operational bottlenecking and accelerate executive decision-making without adding management overhead.
Decide what deserves attention now, what can wait, and what should be left alone.
Help your team make the right process, systems, technology, and operational decisions as the work moves forward.
Review progress, catch new problems early, and adjust the roadmap as the business changes.
You keep running the business. I help keep the roadmap on track.
Advisory duration is dictated strictly by systemic complexity, operational dependencies, and organizational scale: not arbitrary preference.
Required for businesses with interconnected operating friction where isolated tactical fixes fail to hold without architectural overhaul.
Designed solely for isolated, modular operational challenges where your organizational foundation is already stable and disciplined.
Diagnostic Diagnostic Note: If your initial strategic diagnostic yielded a 6-month recommendation, it is because your operational bottlenecks are systemic and interdependent. Attempting a 3-month sprint on deeply entangled infrastructure risks leaving critical handoff mechanisms unresolved.
This is a strategic advisory engagement, not outsourced task execution or unlimited technical support. My role is to provide the direction, judgment, prioritization, and oversight needed to make sure the right changes are being made at the right time.
Implementation may be handled by your internal team, an existing vendor, a specialized contractor, or scoped separately when it makes sense.
1. Internal Team Execution: We architect solutions and upskill your existing engineers and managers to execute seamlessly.
2. Vetted Vendor Partners: We formulate rigorous specifications, vet vendors, and hold agency partners strictly accountable.
3. Specialized Contractors: We draft explicit scopes of work for technical specialists, overseeing deliverables from end to end.
4. Separate Project Scope: If bespoke build-outs are required directly, they are scoped independently from advisory retainers.

Uncompromising Objectivity: Advisory boundaries preserve executive focus on architecture, capital allocation, and accountability rather than tactical tasks.

You’re hiring someone who can look across operations, process, systems, technology, automation, and AI and see how the pieces affect each other.
I’ve spent nearly 15 years working across business systems and technology, supported more than 300 businesses, and earned four global technology awards along the way.
But the goal here isn’t to throw more tech at the business.
It’s to figure out what actually needs fixing and make better decisions about what comes next.

Clear expectations protect both your execution momentum and executive focus. Here is how cadence, asynchronous access, and advisory boundaries operate in practice.
Have a specific operational edge case?
We review all context during the diagnostic review.
Meeting cadence is based on what makes sense for the engagement and current priorities. We’ll establish that during onboarding and adjust when needed.
You’ll have a direct communication channel for questions, decisions, document reviews, and issues that come up between meetings. We’ll establish the preferred channel during onboarding.
Advisory covers strategic direction, prioritization, systems and process decisions, roadmap oversight, and reviewing work in progress.
It does not include unlimited implementation, custom development, direct team management, or day-to-day task execution.
Because meaningful operational changes take time to work through properly. Fixed terms give us enough runway to make decisions, implement changes, see what happens, and adjust without treating every month like a renewal decision.
Absolutely. The people responsible for the areas we’re working on should be involved when their input or decisions are needed.
Once payment and your Advisory Agreement are complete, you’ll finish a short onboarding form and schedule your first Advisory Client Meeting.
Yes. Near the end of your engagement, we’ll review what’s been completed, what still needs attention, and whether continued Advisory makes sense.
You already know what needs attention. Now the goal is to keep the right priorities moving, make better decisions along the way, and avoid slipping right back into duct tape and vibes.
