What preparation do you need from me?
Just your time and honest answers. The intake form takes about 15 minutes and covers your current tools, processes, and pain points. The more specific you are, the more useful your assessment will be. No homework, no documents to gather.
Can my business partner or key team member join?
Absolutely. If someone else is involved in your operations or systems decisions, having them review the assessment findings makes sense. For the Roadmap Review Call you're welcome to bring whoever needs to be in the room.
Is this done-for-you?
The assessment is done for you — you fill out the intake form and we handle the rest. The Growth System is done-with-you, meaning we work alongside you to implement and build. We do the heavy lifting on the technical side but your input and decisions are part of the process throughout.
Do you host or manage the systems?
We build inside your existing platforms where possible. For Growth System clients we set up and configure everything and train you or your team on how to manage it. Ongoing Concierge Support is available if you want us to stay involved after the engagement.
How long does it take to receive my assessment?
Within 24 hours of submitting your completed intake form. We review your information thoroughly and deliver a branded roadmap PDF with everything you need to move forward.
What happens after the assessment?
You receive your roadmap and an invitation to book a complimentary Roadmap Review Call. We walk through your findings together, prioritize your opportunities, and answer any questions. If the Growth System feels like the right next step we talk about that too. No pressure either way.
What if I only want the assessment?
That is completely fine. The assessment stands on its own as a valuable diagnostic. Many clients use it to get clarity and implement on their own timeline. If you decide later that you want support with implementation we will still be here.
